Similarly, these and other more situation calls for social intelligence, especially when children are being educated at elementary level, since what children are shown and taught at young age they carry it to their grave. Hence, at elementary level pupils should be educated with integrated social intelligence.Interestingly and not surprisingly, social intelligence and education does not always restrict to student, but teachers, who plays an essential role in installing the abilities of social intelligence at elementary education. Similarly, these educators are aware of how the performance of children is likely to improve as a result of both social and emotional intelligence. Furthermore, as statistics provide that one out of every tenth child goes through social and emotional stress, teachers try to engage children in positive activities and promote the child to have a better understanding with teacher, indulge in interactive and bonding relationship with other students, utilizing management activities that keep the child active and exuberant and understand the school, peers and teacher in general (Zins.

After studying these statistics and articles, my reflection on social intelligence regarding elementary education is strong and positive. It is very common and obvious that as soon children befriend each other, they share everything among their group be it an issue or a fun talk, this in turn lead to their building the ability to accept others and intake their view that leads to better performance and glowing academic achievement. In addition to this, Saxena (2013) suggests that the environment children receive in schools and home is the major factors that affect the social intelligence of a child. Likewise, activities such as sports, art and group sessions prompt children to be more tolerable of their partners, compels them to understand the thinking and manner of different children and gradually install the notion of interacting with others on a regular basis, so that with the passage of time their comprehension and managing of people around them gets stronger.Nonetheless, there are some critiques of social intelligence and those are if parent had already taught a child about how to carry out the five dimensions and in school the teacher lessons and the education he is receiving is somehow contradicting to what he had.
