My vision after completing school is to establish a successful career and to start a successful business. The world is a challenging place in terms of finding a well paying employment with work conditions that is satisfactory to everyone’s needs. My vision is to ensure that I find a well paying employment that will have excellent working conditions to fit my personal needs. However, to find such an employment is difficult and the only way to find it is to create it (Grusenmeyer, 2009). I will look for an employment from a company immediately after I graduate. However, this will be to build an experience for me so that I can start my own business and create working conditions that are ideal for me and the employees that I will have.I intend to create employment both for myself and for other people. This will ensure that I beat the challenge of having to find employment at other companies and working at their own terms. This vision will ensure that I create an opportunity to improve my personal life as well as the lives of other people. the idea behind this vision is to ensure that as a professional in my career I do not just progress by depending on other people or organizations but through creating opportunities for job seekers and also helping the sector to grow by finding a place where more graduates can find job opportunities and improve their lives while contributing positively to the industry. My mission is to be an asset to the industry by responding to lack of employment opportunities for new graduates and also helping companies get experienced but.
