However, instructors should not depend on a single choice of teaching method, but they are expected to explore other options that may be reliable to the audience. This is because learning has become dynamic and its calls for instructors today to search deeper than they were doing in the past. They should develop ways that are relevant to the current curriculum system and which have a communicable language that the audience can be comfortable. This is because language is the medium of instruction that instructors depend on to pass information. This shows that if the learners do not understand the language, then they will be unable to understand the information the instructor may be delivering, and as a result, effective learning may not be realized.

For effective learning to be enhanced, instructors should embrace motivation for their audience. This motivation enables learners to have an interest in the topic being discussed. Learners lose concentration and attention in boring topics. Therefore, instructors should identify teaching approaches that will motivate learners and capture their attention for a long time. Instructors should avoid approaches that make leaning teacher centered instead develop ideas that will make the topic learner-centered. This should be an approach that enables learners to take part in the discussion through asking, and answering questions. An instructor can use a variety of approaches on one given topic so as to enable him to achieve his objective of effective learning. Hanging on one variety may not give the desired outcome of the curriculums activity, therefore; instructors should embrace creativity so as to win the confidence of their audience. An audience that is satisfied with the teaching process will express their willingness to learn.In conclusion, effective learning should be enhanced by stakeholders, because the government funds education so as to nurture professionals. The government absorbs these people so to promote economic growth.
