This model would use open source Web authoring for teachers where they can make use of wikis, blogs, and podcasts etc. and make their own Web pages to publish resources which can be used in the inquiry based classroom activities. Teachers can design a Web page for kindergarten students in which they can create, for example, a Kid’s Craft Page in which teachers can put different craft ideas for kids to make. They can assign projects with instructions step by step available on the Web page; this can induce creativity in students. Also, the Web page can have a workshop on different cartoon characters with learning with fun games, stories, and other interesting activities which induces an enthusiasm for learning among students and convenience of teaching methodologies for teachers.Students at kindergarten are at their very first stage of learning and development process. Careful assessment of their behaviors and knowledge assimilation should be done. Besides building of the aforementioned Web pages, effective student development program can include the idea of kindergarten books with animations and cartoon narrations of educational content.Learning for kindergarten students should be made an interactive adventure. Children’s software should be introduced where they could learn from ‘living books’. With living books children could read the books on computer through the software and play a game at the end of every chapter or solve quizzes on memory, vocabulary, mathematic computations etc. From a developmental perspective, these living books can provide kindergartners a variety of learning prospects from the exercise at manipulating the mouse to a multitude of action and reaction responses from clicking. Kids can learn spellings as well as science and social studies.After reviewing a considerable amount of literature, the study area of this paper were fairly addressed; however the ways to tackle the problems faced in the field of technology integration in classrooms, especially by teachers is not reasonably focused. The literature is mostly centered on the importance of technology and its effective utilization on the whole as well as certain ways of integration etc. But it does not quite explain the problem solving methods for overcoming the lack of adequate technical equipment or IT materials in classrooms; or most importantly how to deal with the negative attitudes of educators towards technology
