Additionally, people with transplanted organs also depict high susceptibility to infections from staphylococcus aureus since they take immune suppressive drugs.Staphylococcus aureus can be found on the noses of up to 25 percent of healthy people , in which case it remain harmless but when it gain entrance into the blood stream it causes diseases such as septic shock and meningitis (Sumritivanicha et al 2011). When staphylococcus pneumonia enters the lung it invades the epithelium tissue of the bronchiole causing tissue damages Daroiuche et al 1994). Close to 70% of the osteomyelitis and 80% of joint infections experienced by rheumatoid patients is caused by staphylococcus aureus(Lew, et al 1997).About 30% of healthy people carry s.aureus of which 20% of them are only on the nose while the other 10% is found on the skin and on the pharynx. All these time while the y carry these bacteria such people do not show any notable symptoms or problems. Staphylococcus areues is one of the main causing of wound infection after surgery in hospital.Staphylococcus aureus infection is contagious so it can spread through various forms, including air, droplets, and sneeze and through direct touching. The infectious of the staphylococcus. aurues can be prevented by practising good personal hygiene for example washing hands with warm water and soap after toilet and before and after preparing food.Most food poisoning in the world is caused by staphylococcus species (Montivile et al 2008).Food poisoning is caused when a bacteria such as S. aureus secretes enterotoxins into the food (Lyon, et al 2010). Food poisoning by S. aureus is common in cases where contaminated food such as meat products enters in to body causing the concerned person to feel become unwell. The most common symptoms are vomiting, diarrhoea, and high temperature.First, an inoculating loop was flamed until It turned red in order to make sure that the loop has been sterilized, then aseptically, some culture of the staphylococcus areus colonies was transferred on to the blood agar and the culture streaked back and forth across the plate.An inoculating loop was flamed till it turned red .This was followed by aseptically transferring a small culture of the staphylococcus onto the DNA agar plate followed by streaking back and
