Therefore, i is evident in the first motivation design that, a employer saves on monitoring costs while the supervisory mode guarantees that work is done. I addition, i organizational design, sme systems may be effective and efficient while others may not. Efective systems may be as a result of the skills implemented in designing the system and the presence of quality management in an organization. Ieally, smplicity, fexibility, rliability, eonomy and acceptability, sould be the key element of effective system. Hwever, te organizational design solely depends on management of organization inclusive of employees interests.

Asuccessful design caters for the employee’s interests an eventually yields to the achievements of the organizational goals. Acording to Tella, e al (2007 pp4), “leasurable state results from the appraisal of ones job. ”Job satisfaction entails how well job provides the important thing for employees. Hnce, te author describes job satisfaction as an emotional response to a job situation. Slaries, bnuses, ad staff trainings can be used as a motivator for employees, ad workers can be rewarded according to their performance, tus leading to and satisfaction at the place of work.

Nvertheless, wen employees feel that they are treated fairly and their salaries match the kind of job they do, tey feel satisfied and have a positive attitude towards their job. Smetimes, eployees find their satisfaction from rewards in relation to a task well performed. Py increase, pomotions, ad bonuses are examples of extrinsic rewards, wich are normally external; ad in return provide an individual with satisfaction. Hwever, itrinsic rewards usually exist within the job itself; tey are associated with achievements, pofessional growth, ad status among others.

I addition, tese rewards yield to employees working hard in order to achieve quality results (Myres, e al, 2004 pp 49). Slf actualization entails experiencing life fully and selflessly and also involves the decision to be honest or dishonest and whether to be ethical or unethical. Acording to Kvalsund (2003, p2), “he process by which man grows from the potential to actual, bcome himself on a new level. ”Hence, slf-actualization can be compared to the growth of person from one level of understanding to another.
