Because of this, te jury cannot be considered as highly capable to mete out justice and think fairly and impartially. I fact, tis is also the reason why lawyers do a background check and use this information to pick out the jurors that they think are more sympathetic to their side. Tus, een from the start, te trial is already staged with persuasion tactics. Aother example of these types of tactics is “stealing the thunder, ”wherein the worst that can be said about the lawyer’s client is said start and this decreases the impact it would have had if the opposite side was the one to declare it.

Kpling Williams (2005) explains that “persuasion is a part of the judicial process from start to finish, fom how the judge, a a person of authority, tlks to jurors to voir dire – how attorneys select jurors, ”and this is questionable as again, te jurors are made to see and believe what the lawyers want them to. I is like they are being manipulated to vote for “guilty” or Wth these problems in the judicial system of the United States, Ibelieve that changes are in order.

I I have the power to enact changes, Iwould make the jurors more capable of doing the serious job of meting out justice by giving seminars and lectures (at least 3 days before the trial starts) about what is involved with being a juror and a foreman. Iwould also employ a policy wherein all eyewitnesses should be examined by a court-appointed or in-house psychologist to check whether their memory of what is they are lying or if there are gaps in their memory.

Tis will increase the accuracy of eyewitness testimony. Asecure attachment relationship is formed between an infant and his or her primary caregiver, wether mother, fther or relative, wen enough attention, lve and care is being given. Mthers who form a secure attachment relationship with their babies are known to be sensitive to their needs and have genuine love and concern for them. Isecure attachment relationship is developed when the mothers and/or primary caregiver do not consistently the needs the baby.

Wen the mother rejects the infant, h or she can feel it and will grow up to have an avoidant attitude towards relationships. O the other hand, wen a mother’s attention is inconsistent and sometimes even contradictory, te child will be so confused that he or she will end up having an ambivalent behavior. ..
