The domains of QHC initiative is to identify whether the research methodologies support the holistic theories or not. They also intend to support the community action for change, online education to improve skills for coping with Multiple Sclerosis, donor partnerships and leadership facilitation. It also supports the value of online education system for leadership development and enhances training access for millions of sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis.This paper intends to study the Three Abbreviated Research Plan by supporting QUAN, QUAL and mixed methodologies for promotion of online education theory for coping with Multiple Sclerosis by reducing the level of stress. It addresses the concerns of those people who are encumbering with Multiple Sclerosis disease which not only impacts their health but also impacts them financially.Health Promotion and Education and Leadership and Community Action targets the demographics of Arizona at first. This is because the Multiple Sclerosis disease affects everyone in a different manner. MS life lines support the fact that the symptoms of MS disease vary from person to person. It influences around 85% of population of a specific category. Population suffering from MS pain goes through a severe pain along with stress, depression and also experience those acute periods from which they cannot escape.
