A combination of such statistics and those in working places show that bullying has taken a large chunk in the society. Slence of bullied victims can be attributed to the fact that bullies have a tendency of intimidating their victims and creating the perception that their victims deserve being bullied. Frthermore there is quite a large number of people who have been bullied yet they are not aware of it. Tis is mostly predominant where bullying involves adults and younger people whereby either can bully the other. Fr instance schools such cases are highly likely to often happen.

I such scenarios it is quite hard to stop bullying since most bullying activities go unreported, prhaps, de to job insecurities. Tere is also the factor of uncertainty that there will be any action taken even when bullying incidences are reported. Mstly such cases occur in an environment where bullies occupy a superior position.

example, i schools it is quite hard for students to report bullying cases by teachers yet this type of bullying is highly recurrent. Aresearch carried put in a secondary school showed that 30% of the students had been bullying by a teacher (James, Lwlor, Curtney, Fynn, Hnry, &Murphy, 2008, p However, tere are significantly few reporting of such incidences.
