My leadership qualities are enhanced thusMy personal mission is to develop all the required qualities of an efficient and effective leader in an organization and become a successful one. My efforts would produce an organization which accomplishes its goals and keeps changing its pattern of functioning depending on the changing needs of consumers and populated by motivated, committed and satisfied workers.Completing my education with flying colors is my first short-term goal. I would then follow it up with a degree in management. Thus fully equipped, I would look for a job which has the role of a leader. Ensuring that the individuals who reposed their faith in me are not harmed in any way, I will be totally committed to them: the administrators and the workers. I would work my way towards becoming an efficient leader. My decision making will be a participative one which involves the managers or administrators and the workers. I would take steps to balance my life in my personal, spiritual, family, recreational and professional roles. Keeping myself fit physically and mentally, I would take steps to share my ideas with the workers and whoever I meet.The role of an organization leader is the next step for me. I believe that I have the some of the qualities that go to make a leader. My college or work environment which would be contributed to by many individuals would safely be in my hands. The result would be productive and highly satisfying. My leadership would usher in innovation, growth of individuals and empowerment of all.
