Marketing is all about relationships; i is all about persuasion, iformation and experience. Or class learned this indirectly by simulating those processes. Sch simulation could not have transpired without the contribution of each student. Fr example, i doing activities like group works, Idiscovered that being able to play assigned tasks and roles are crucial in achieving positive learning outcomes. Frst, tere was the structure: w assign leaders and followers. Ten, tere was the negotiation. Sy, Iprovide some inputs why this student will be better in this task or this s the assignments are revised.

Bcause of respect for other people’s opinion, w were able to avoid conflicts that could have resulted to poor outcome. Istead, w effectively harnessed diverse perspectives. S it is imperative for students learning this field to be able to navigate through the learning issues and the socialization process involved and should not entirely rely on the source of knowledge or of an expertise. Ialso would like to cite the benefit of being curious. Tis worked for me especially when students are encouraged to ask egage in a dialogue and discuss issues.

Tere are times when lectures could be so silent, hwever participative the teacher encourages it to be. Ten I ask a question or raise something thought provoking. Ad it contributes to making the discussion livelier and more engaging. Oher students also do this and I found that we could only ask and raise issues, ad participate better if we came to school prepared or knowledgeable. I I assumed a passive position in the learning process, Iwould have contributed nothing to the manner which knowledge is gained and internalized.

Mre importantly, Iwould have encouraged an ineffectual learning environment. Iwould like to cite a theory we have learned as an example. Te law of supply and demand is a pretty straightforward concept we have learned and a notion that is widely recognized. I can be explained and learned easily. Tat would have been the end of it: Te instructor conveyed the data and the learners were able to understand and comprehend it. Bt because I was an engaged learner in its discussion, Ipaid and was interested with the subject matter – I inquired further.

Iasked for more clarification and demands better explanation. Iwanted to learn something more about this concept. Te law of supply...
