 Organizational psychology is represented by division number fourteen of a society named as SIOP. The pioneers in the field of Organizational psychology were Munster berg, Dill Scott and Bingham. At start, the overall perspective of organizational entity was not taken into account rather then this psychological aspect of technical science was limited to personal feelings in the workplace of getting most skills so that one can excel in the field wherever he is working to boost up the morale.After world war two and industrial revolution, the concepts of Organizational psychology were redefined in order to inculcate the new concepts that had already been evolved in the basic sciences of   psychology. More focus was given to the big picture of an organization as a whole. The concept of workplace was different now because the trend of switching and changing the job was getting common among people around the world in order to get money. In 90’s modern concepts of Organizational psychology were reshaped almost completely and new concepts were introduced which were very useful to understand the thinking dynamics of a modern employees and alluring workplaces. The new concepts were introduced by individuals who were not hardcore experts in the field of Psychology for example Weber and Frederick are considered as pioneer of modern  Organizational psychology.Industrial psychology is somewhat related to organizational psychology but the main difference lies in the fact that organizational psychology focuses on individual characteristics and behaviors of a person towards work, how he can switch a job, his stance towards, how skillful he is and how can he be productive for the organization whereas industrial psychology tends to focus on entity as whole and focus on benefits of industry as a whole rather than being humanistic. It studies the inter-related matters between different organizations and how they can affect the overall industry; arrange training programs for the whole organizations and orienting them in positive ways. Industrial psychology is often considered as more useful in a way that it focuses on benefits of collective environments rather than getting the benefits of human beings.Humanistic psychology is in contrast with organizational psychology because humanistic psychology focuses on different demographic characteristics of a human being and how he or she reacts to different
