Idustrial psychology is somewhat related to organizational psychology but the main difference lies in the fact that organizational psychology focuses on individual characteristics and behaviors of a person towards work, hw he can switch a job, hs stance towards, hw skillful he is and how can he be productive for the whereas psychology tends to focus on entity as whole and focus on benefits of industry as a whole rather than being humanistic.
I studies the inter-related matters between different organizations and how they can affect the overall industry; arange training programs for the whole organizations and orienting them in positive ways. Idustrial psychology is often considered as more useful in a way that it focuses on benefits of collective environments rather than getting the benefits of human beings. Hmanistic psychology is in contrast with organizational psychology because humanistic focuses on demographic characteristics of a human being and how he or she reacts to different. ..
