For this reason, te disgusting feeling of stress and intimidation in the organization leads to job anxiety and argumentative behavior between subordinates and supervisors. Terefore, plitics makes it hard for individuals to perform their duties, tus, hndering both individual and organizational goals. Fnally, oganizational politics leads to team isolation. I some organizations, mnagers reward teams based on inner circle relationship dynamics at the expense of good performance which insulates some teams from others. Tis strategy not only creates second class citizen status, bt also is mayhem to productivity It is thus evident that organizations with strong politics keep individual teams disconnected from reality, tereby reducing their collaboration towards organizational goals.

Terefore, i the long run, tams’ isolation does not facilitate the achievement of individual and organizational goals. Ater completing the political score assessment, Igot an overall score of 5.20 which means that I possess an average political skill. Plitical skill is comprised of four dimensions and the score for each dimension is as follows. Frstly, m political skill score for social astuteness is 5.20 which means that social interactions and accurately interpret behavior of others in social settings.

Wth respect to networking ability, m score is 5.83 indicating that I am capable of developing relationships with individuals with great ease as well as building strong, bneficial alliances and coalitions. I addition to apparent sincerity, Igot a score of 5. 0implying that I possess high levels of integrity, athenticity, sncerity and genuineness. Fnally, Iscored 4.75 for Interpersonal Influence which implies that I possess an average, sbtle and convincing personal style such that I exert a powerful on around me.

Ater glancing at my past experiences, Igot the opportunity to discover my strengths and weaknesses. Ihave worked for a variety of organizations where I made several decisions and always had expectations regarding those decisions. M biggest strength is that I am a self-starter and always find ways to improve myself through research and volunteering in different organizations. I do not get discouraged easily no matter how tough the task before hand may seem. O the contrary, m weakness would be that I tend to push. ..
