The primary mission and vision for the existence of the hospital is to be the healthcare provider of choice for the patients, halthcare professionals and physicians. Te hospital is committed towards treating diseases and injuries and providing preventive care and early intervention measures. Te hospital ensures that staff embraces creativity and integrity in providing quality healthcare services to the local populations (Miller, 2014). Te people in any organization are collectively referred as stakeholders and include any person, goup or organization that has a direct or indirect interest in the and can affect or be affected by the organization’s actions, dcisions, ojectives and policies (Miller, 2014).

Te primary stakeholders in business organizations have a direct stake in the organization and include customers, ceditors, eployees, gvernment and its agencies, sareholders (owners), sppliers and the surrounding communities. Te key stakeholders of Patton-Fuller community hospital include patients, vsitors, ad investors, bard of directors, eployees, ivestors and Kelsey City local community population (Miller, 2014). Te employees include physicians, parmacists, srgeons, rdiologists, nrses and other administrative personnel. Te employees have a direct interest in hospital since they are the providers of human knowledge, sills and attitudes that are essential in delivering high quality healthcare to the clients (patients).

Te employees expect the hospital to meet their personal needs and wants through offering fair salaries and wages and safe working environment. Te management of the hospital must create a work environment and culture that supports continuous learning and development of competencies in order to for the employees to remain committed to their work (Miller, 2014). Te hospital provides competitive and equitable compensation and offers enhancement training to its staff.

Te hospital has implemented equitable personnel policies and procedures that ensure fair workplace for its employees. Te hospital has complied with OSHA and JCHCO-driven procedures on workplace safety and has implemented a cost effective healthcare program for the wellbeing of its employees (Miller, 2014).
