However, as indicated in the same article, groups have a tendency to defeat its purpose when members lose their individualities to the group’ s cause.
in my case, there is indeed a tendency not to communicate my thoughts due to socio-cultural differences. I often focus on the work at hand, careful not to do anything to disrupt the processes. I take my tasks to the heart to the point of becoming mechanical in performing these tasks, For example, in a group project that we had to do in school, I simply provided what was asked of me although I felt that there could be more improvements had I explicitly shared my inputs.
