I an employer rejects the applicant, i should discuss with an agency the reasons and give more accurate description of whom the company seeks. I this case, JtBlue is very picky (Dodds, 2007). Aplicants should be that are aware in company’s values of safety, cring, itegrity, fn, ad passion.

I also offers customized employment packages tailored to the jobs, py and benefits packages. Mreover, tere is no probationary period for new employees and benefits include medical benefits, prsonal time instead of conventional holidays and double pay for employees who work on holidays. A the company expects sustained growth of the business, tere will be a need to attract more talented people. Tus, i is important for JetBlue to show its high concern and care about ad respect to the candidates and applicants.
