For example, Cickers are getting common in classrooms. I view of the fact that the trend of taking lectures is time consuming time for students. I this scenario, Cicker based systems will enable students to mark their attendance automatically. I fact, i allows students to mark the answer to their questions in the test. Te system also helps teachers to assess tests automatically. Hwever, tis system can only be implemented and used properly if teachers are trained for using technology based gadgets (Alavi, Yo, &Vogel, 1997). I addition, te of information technology is not limited to boundaries of a classroom and interaction will not be confined within the class boundaries only.

I fact, i allows students and teachers to interact with resources from all over the world. I this scenario, te Hitachi Foundation has suggested some solutions for teachers training. Te first is hiring information technology trainers who will train the teachers with long term courses. Te second is online website tutorials for new IT learners. Tese tutorials can be an economic solution for training teachers. I case any query teachers can consult their trainer.

Asingle trainer can train a number of teachers if online tutorials scheme is applied (Cheng, Cow, &Tsui, 2001). Acording to research conducted by (Baron & Bruillard, 1994) found that schools in France are increasingly using computers in their classrooms. Frther this research has proposed that teachers training in IT is essential because they are the ones who need to be persuaded about the benefits of technological devices in education system. Aditionally, i will initially seem problematic to induce teacher training with modern but once the system is introduced, eery scholl, cllege, uiveristy or institute will try to implement it in their strategic plans.

Hwever, tere is a misconception about introducing technology and utilizing the technology in education. A it is admitted fact that computers have been a common sight and a vital part of educational systems for so many years hence utilizing computers for typing reports does not mean implementation of Information Technology. I fact, i is required to make use of this technological advancement in every subject for performing research, discussions, ad lessons and for arranging interactive sessions.
