However, with the breaking of the NPT, a debate has risen about the proliferation agenda of the world. The International Atomic Energy (IAEA) has been given the responsibility of fulfilling the responsibilities of NPT.
The IAEA has the right to investigate the happenings in the field of the atomic weaponry in the countries of the world. In addition to these bodies, there are other bodies like the Latin American Nuclear Free Zone and the South Pacific Nuclear Free Zone, which look into the matter of nuclear proliferation.
