I is also crucial that AANN reflect on supporting options comprising degree and non-degree courses, fllowships, ad institutions that promote the education and support lasting learning of neuroscience nurses (IOM, 2010). Tis message auger well with two aims enshrined in the AANN strategic plan: Te third main message of the IOM Future of Nursing report appeals for nurses to fully partner with physicians and other healthcare practitioners, i re-scheming the U. halthcare services (IOM, 2010). T meet this objective, a alteration in the way nurses view their duty to patients and contacts with other healthcare Aditionally, nrses must gain the requisite educational training to fit in this new healthcare model.

Sphisticated educational training and proficiency upgrades are essential to operate in this healthcare model.
