The government needs to implement quota system in order to ensure increase in the job opportunities for the citizens of the United Kingdom. Aother social issue being faced by the British society these days is weak family system. I we talk about single-parent family system, w can say that it is a form of family system which makes it difficult for the parents to raise their children properly because various financial and social problems. Dvorce is the major reason behind weak family systems. Dvorce is never considered a in any society.

Sparation between two spouses puts a very negative impact on both genders. Te problems, wich arise for most of the divorced men, iclude emotional adjustment problems, lss of intimacy, dpression, ad social stress. Knnard (2006) asserts, “en find divorce more emotionally problematic than women”. Mn often tend to isolate themselves from the society after divorce in order to hide their feelings from other people. Sparation puts a very negative impact on Women. Te problems, wich arise for most of the divorced women, iclude poor lifestyle, eotional cnstant depression, scial and emotional stresses, gilt and shame, snse of insecurity, felings of rejection, ad loss of self-esteem.

“eeling a sense of guilt over a divorce is quite common, epecially when there are children in the middle of the situation” (Hickson, 2010). Dvorce also affects children of the divorced parents. Sme of most considerable effects of divorce on children include insecure future, feling of rejection, lneliness, pwerlessness, eotional stress, ad decreased interest in education. Te pain experienced by children at the beginning of a divorce is composed several Sme of the most influencing factors include sense of vulnerability, lss of the non-custodial parent, ad strong feelings of powerlessness (Eleoff, 2003).

Ten pregnancy is also a major cause of weak family structures. “dolescent pregnancy is the term used for pregnancy at an age when pregnancy is considered inappropriate due to the youth of the woman” (Barnett, n An increase in the number of teen pregnancies always leads to an increase in abortion, wich is also a major issue being faced by the British society. Rsearches show a large of women in the United Kingdom undergo abortion at least once in their reproductive lives.
