They enjoyed questions from the fellow students who were very free to do so as their leader encouraged as many questions as possible for clear understanding. They appreciated responses from their fellow students and each could be seen busy taking important notes. Te students requested their leader that he allows them extend the discussion time most likely because they were learning some new concepts they never understood in class (Darity, 2008). Fom my observation, i appeared that the most valued factor in a discussion is intra-group coordination. Tey to one another, ad this promote contribution to other members therefore attending the next lecture very much prepared.
All acknowledged why their leader objected the idea of giving unrealistic input though it was due to increased pressure on them because some of the questions appeared to be very complex. Tey later seemed to find their argument unrealistic as not everybody found the subject compound. My estimate was that half of the group members had studied something extra as they got engaged in answering their colleagues in a perfect way said were the best answers ever.
Bcause of this I felt that there are some potential areas the members have to exhaust both in class and during their group discussions (Darity, 2008). I gave all the members an opportunity to not only learn the content of discussion but also to improve their presentation skills. I the beginning, sme members were observed as being very shy but as the conversation progressed, tey developed a lot of confidence through several presentations. Tey appreciated each other, a they were able to revisit those specific areas and having multiple chances to ask questions. I was evident since some members relied others who better prepared and skilled at presenting an answer to a given question (Darity, 2008).
