Ethics Framework. Since Six Sigma tools is another component of Six Sigma model, organizations have not been utilizing these tools to the fullest. Six Sigma focuses on getting these tools and putting them into action to achieve the set targets. Some of the six-sigma tools include means of analysis, variance analysis, confidence interval, contingency table among others. Organizations must integrate on these tools to make six-sigma an effective model (Ferrell, Fraedrich , and Ferrell, 2013).The third component of six-sigma is the processes. This includes putting the six-sigma tools into other frames so as to diversify the importance. Six-sigma model does not focus on learning how to use the tools only, but includes applying them into necessary sequences to achieve better results.

Some of the features in six-sigma processes include improvement processes, designing processes, problem-solving processes, and validation processes.This is a planning strategy and a system of management that organizations use to shape their business processes and activities as per the vision and mission statements. Additionally, it improves on internal and external communication, and lastly, it manages and monitors the performance of an organization against the strategic goals of the organization. The balanced scorecard model has several components: financial, customer, process, and the learning and growth components. This model uses these components to ensure the operation of a given organization (Nicholson & DeMoss, 2009).The financial component states out on how the organization is performing on its financial sector. This includes salaries, costs of production, extra expenses, training, and taxes. On the other hand, the customer component focuses on the issues that affect the customer both directly and indirectly. These include quality of products, prices of products, deliveries and customer service or feedback. These ideals identify the state of customers as whether the organization satisfies them or not. The process component involves the internal activities that the organization puts into practice to ensure production. These processes may relate to information technology, hardware, and software areas. This creates efficiency in cost and time. Lastly, the learning and growth component involves the information that the organization has learnt over the past years. Areas of concern include customer satisfaction and human resource.
