Mechanical facts can be used to make a car drive by itself, o a building blowing up. Mchanical effects as a form of special effects are formed in a set that suggests a certain atmosphere or sight, sch as break-away doors or walls. It is apparent that films use visual magic in order to create illusions and some trick effects in order to affect the audience to startle. Te persistence of vision through special effects is proved to produce smooth, fowing action when projected, jst as what is I-camera effects are common features of special effects, sch as making a miniature appear bigger as in the case of robots in Japanese television programs, o the use of back projection or matte paintings.

Tree-dimensional models are also used in order to establish in-house special effects such as in the movie King Kong and Terminator II which used three-dimensional effects. Wth the use of special effects, there is no need to capture a scene with the use of real-life objects and events that endanger the lives and limbs of trough the visual illusions depicted in films through the use of technical effects, ojects are made to appear larger or smaller; bildings are made to appear uprooted from the ground, ad ships are made to appear sinking.

Hwever, i King Kong’s production, te usage of sets was not maximized due primarily to the unfamiliarity of sets in the 1920’s and 1930’s. Tus, i King Kong, te camera/gun trope was used, wth the cameraman takings shots of animals in the jungle of the African veldt. 2The special effects during production enhanced the photographed animals and sceneries.

Tis enhancement is again, t create further illusion among the audiences. I Forbidden Planet (1956), te special effects are seen to stimulate the imagination of the audience in order for them to change the way they look at films. 3This is how illusion functions between the relationship of the viewers and the film. Nrrative in films presents contrasting stories from those of films that present information such as a documentary film. I film narrative, te imagination of the writer and the is endless the point that they can depict anything in the film, een things and concepts beyond imagination or that do not at all exist in the real world.
