A coal miner does not get the same respect as a restaurant waiter. Amanager in a big corporation feels and shows his elevated grace to a manager in a small firm. I the contrast, te American system of the society, tough may at times be unjust, bt is more liberal in the concept of equality (Christopher, 1999). Hman Rights are made into laws and discrimination is discouraged by implementing legislations that enact to support equality and discourage gender or race discrimination. Wth equality of treatment comes opportunity for people Americans of African, Aian, Eropean, ad all other regions have collectively attributed to the growth of the society and the industries as well.

Een today, te American literature feels more rich and vibrant than British literature and its study (Denning 1996). Te conservative approach of the British has also lead to the setup of the society being formal as well. Pople really have to weigh down their words and at times even go through a conversation as a rehearsal before sayng or commenting anything. Tis has put a limit freedom of speech as well which is by far one of eh biggest assets of the American people.

Othodox approach which may be excellent in the Victorian era may not find it fitting in the fast paced modern environment of global economies. Eery culture in any organization requires being more open for it to adapt to the new markets it is opening to. Oer the last decade we have seen many American companies leading the way into international markets and easily adapting to the local needs (Denning, 1996). O contrary, Bitish companies have suffered major declines in their revenues for the fact that their operations are still based on how they were operating thirty years ago.

A a superficial level, te British and the Americans may look a lot similar as well. Tese similarities can however be limited to some basic language and common religious ideology only. Een in religion Americans have developed to be more liberal- defining roles of women and people of al races to be treated equally and even making the president of the country and answerable to the common man through the senate, wereas in Britain, te royal family has no accountability.
