I can as well comprise a companys trade and marketing strategies, rmuneration structure, cient directories, cntracts and particulars of its computer structures. I some instances, te exceptional information and expertise that an employee has acquired concerning the work are taken to be a corporation’s proprietary information. Fnancial information, fr example, cn be proprietary information and encompasses production and overhead costs, sles and order volumes prior to quarterly release, bdgets, qotas and targets, iformation on a particular products sales, oders or projections.

I manufacturing information, rval companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi tend to classify their manufacturing information as proprietary information to prevent access to the other. Tis is because information sharing through the internet is normally limited (Maitra, 1996, pHenry and his daughters are all occupied under the field of engineering. Hnry is a professional engineer and part-time lobbyist involved in an academia industry under the Department of Transportation smart known as SANSHANDS.

Te project goal is to build up specifications for automated highways and car control structures. Lura, Hnry’s daughter, wrks at the Department of Transportation. Se is a professional Engineer and will be technical project director on the SANSHSANDS. Hr responsibilities as a project director encompasses compiling and recommending the specifications for the computer control structures that will guide R&D. Jlie, Hnry’s other daughter, i an intern with OUTOCAR, alocal engineering company. Te three are engineers. Tey live together and talk about the project during their hours sometimes go beyond discussing their challenges to discussion beyond ethical lines, saring proprietary information or by creating software and using another company’s product as an example, cntrary to ethical provisions.

Hnry and his two daughters are all involved in engineering. I is, hwever, nt appropriate for them to work on the same project as they work for different companies with similar interests. Tey. ..
