Planning, spacing planning, interior detailing, millwork, Furniture & Fabric, window treatments, finishing touches and exterior details most important part of the design process is budget planning where the company encourages the client to give much thought to the process, where the discussion is anticipated on how to spend on the whole project. Additionally, the budget planning entails a set fee which has diverse types of a design process. This set fee allows the company to be at the service of the client company without having to accrue hourly charges. Consequently, the design process, there are no extra service fees payable except if the project scope changes.

Similarly, no extra funds are produced after the payment of design fee until much later in the design process where purchasing of Furnishings, windows treatments and other finishing touches that have been chosen by the clients. However, the Company does not offer a warrant or guarantee for the design services. The maintenance program is not included in the purchase price, and the company has not been in a position to offer any training at moment, although it gives an opportunity to clients to visit the design models in order to view some of the works that have previously been done by the Company. Having been in the field for the last few years, the company has adopted a pricing strategy known as building value.

Basically, building value revolves around selling services to clients without necessarily having to consider what other competitive companies are charging. Nevertheless, it is important to have an idea of the cost and the potential profit margin that the company expects gain.

Of most important is that the method requires intricate sales process where the client company is taken through presentations that are meant to demonstrate the uniqueness of the services. Negativity about competitors should be avoided since the consistency of offering services confirms their effectiveness.
