The first and foremost reason people want to become a facilitator or instructor is that it is a one of the most creative profession that provide a unique, dfinite, ad essential social service. Tachers play a most important role in formulating the future of our civilization by providing the best education. Tis profession gives a sense of satisfaction. Tere is no other profession comparable to the teaching profession. Tis is one of the reasons that teaching even though is a profession with low salaries, sill many are attracted profession.

Hwever, tere is a need for qualified professional trainers to get into the profession of teaching. Egaging students in active learning can be much easier than in other classes. Hwever, i order for students to actually learn from their experiences, pocessing and reflection must occur. Aquality learning experience rests heavily on a high degree of interaction and exchange of ideas among students and instructors. Apotential instructor needs to encourage students to participate in the class through good quality discussions and creating an interest among the students in these is a tool for developing and strengthening critical thinking skills.

I is an inductive questioning process that structures dialogue in the classroom. Sudents bring a wealth of knowledge from their personal experiences, ad the problem-posing method builds on these shared experiences. B introducing specific questions, te teacher encourages the students to make their own conclusions about the values and pressures of society. Te "responsibility of the problem-posing teacher is to diversify subject matter and to use students thought and speech as the base for developing critical understanding of experience, conditions in society, ad existing knowledge".

Poblem-posing enables students to bring to the program their experiences, cltures, sories, ad life lessons. Teir lives are reflected in the thoughtful, dtermined, ad purposeful action that defines problem-posing dialogue. Mreover, poblem-posing is a dynamic, prticipatory, ad empowering philosophy that teaches students how to critically think and analytically examine the world in which they. ..
