I addition, ecommerce and ICTs are playing a major role in exploiting the internal competence and efficiency of tourism organizations. Etourism has transformed the entire business process, te whole value chain and the relationships of travel and tourism industry with the interested & Reynolds, 1999; Savarda et al.

I other words, i can be said that e-tourism will progressively govern the effectiveness of the organization (Schoefer, 2003). Te research shows the travel and tourism sector is believed to be a significant element of today’s financial system. Asurvey carried out a well known firm known as World Travel & Tourism Council (www. tavel) revealed that almost 13% of the international GDP is derived from tourism and travel sector. O the other hand, turism and travel sector has appeared as a major area the b2c (business to commerce) e-commerce, fr the reason that it corresponds to more than 50% of the entire b2c earnings.

Oe of the most important reasons for their growth can be that the indescribable and brief nature of tourism and travel sector products and services makes them perfect to be distributed and promoted through the internet.
