Moreover, I had the notion that western countries are less affected in the aspect of westernization of non-western countries. However, such western countries adopt various changes either cultural or psychological in the event of establishing contacts with various other groups in non-western groups in the globe. They adopt changes, which are in line with their lifestyles, physical appearances and other aspects and shifts in the cultural patterns.Moreover, I had the notion that emigration and immigration are two different entities. However, cultural geography has enabled me to understand that both situations are almost the same. The only difference is that emigration describes an action that describes the country of origin and not the country of destination. It is the condition where an individual leaves their country of origin with an intention of settling permanently in another country.One of the things I have learnt is that ecotourism strives to educate a traveler, ensures that there are enough funds generated for the sake of ecological conservation (Tyulenev, 2012). It also enables the direct benefit and economic empowerment of various local communities and ensures that it fosters respect for various cultures and rights of all human beings despite their race, ethnicity, or religion. Environmentalists have regarded it as a critical endeavor since the 1980s to safeguard various destinations for the future generations.Moreover, I have learnt that an economic immigrant is different from a refugee who is travelling to flee from persecution. Such are the kind of individuals who travels from one region to the next around the globe for the sake of seeking employment or an improved financial position to enable them fed for themselves and their families. Most countries prohibit an individual who is entering another country for the sake of work without a valid work visa. Moreover, I have learned that internationalists advocate for individuals with similar interests and values coming together to solve their problems by pooling together their available resources. They believe that they can work well together for their mutual benefit as opposed to each country or organization working individually.
