Whenever I use another person’s idea, i need to cite the source and the person who came up with the ideas.Plagiarism leads to academic dishonesty. The marks I get from plagiarized papers may deceive and lead to false pretense that I have made progress in education. In addition, plagiarism can lead to my work being cancelled hence not being awarded any marks when grades are being compiled. Finally, plagiarism leads to expulsion from the university and may lead to loss of opportunity in advancing academically.To avoid plagiarism, I need to credit authors and sources that assisted me in coming up with the paper. I don’t need to use another writer’s words, content, unique approach, or illustrations without crediting the author. Further, I need to write detailed source and content notes during research that indicate direct quotations. Most importantly, I need to know that lifting materials off the internet is plagiarism.Getting quality education is one of the long term goals I need to have. The long term goals should be in line with my personality, abilities, and interests. Long term goals should be linked to life values. I need to make life choices about the principles I consider to be important. These principles will help me whenever I lose focus of my long-term goals. I will always return to them for guidance, especially when I find myself in unfamiliar territory. On the contrary, short term goals are the smaller steps that will help me achieve my long term goals. However, I need to prioritize goals and arrange things in order of importance. I will have to decide which goals are most important, and spend my time and energy on them (Weinstein and Hume, 1998).Problems arise in our daily lives. I need not be distracted by problems that may affect my education. I know challenges will arise, but I will need to prioritize my goals. I will need to consider values that will help me establish the goals that take top priority. Whenever other commitments are likely to compromise my priority, I will sure that the commitments reflect what I value most. I will also have to exercise, socialize and sleep for the remaining hours when I am not in class.Education forms part of the long term goals an individual can make. Getting Axia Degree will ensure that one of my long term goals is met. Axia degree will enable me to solve some of the complex life issues such as finding suitable
