The organization is employee oriented as it is more concerned with the welfare of the employees in accordance with their principles. The employees of British airlines also closely identify themselves with the company. The company uses the authoritative and participative management style where employees are involved in decision-making.I am writing this letter to apply for the post of a marketing director at British Airways. I saw an open call for the applications on the company’s website and the newspapers.
