An exemplary nurse displays passion during times of turbulence. Apassionate nurse would accommodate the distress that relates with the profession. I is notable that nurses who have no passion would quit once the profession demands more services from them. Pssionate nurses have good relations with colleagues and workmates. Tey have the potential of ensuring the wellbeing of workmates and the patients as aforementioned. Sch archetypal nurses develop a working environment that supports and accommodate other staff members. Pssionate nurses acknowledge the vitality of the profession and accord it with necessary attention.

Sch passionate nurses also have a sense of optimism (Willcocks, 2012). Te nurse leader has the potential of overcoming work related difficulties. Tey are so passionate about their profession that they train others of excellence and good practice strategies. Te passionate nurses besides creating an active patient care outcome also advocates professional rights of coworkers within the nursing profession (Anonson et al, 2014). Pssionate workers develop the sense of encouraging others to consider the positive attributes of the nursing profession. Sch exemplary nurse leaders have the contagious of mentoring others in addition trusting them.

Te nurse leader also encourages others to have positive expectations. Acording to Keys, 2014, giding principles of effective nurse leaders include respect and integrity. Tey adhere to the moral and ethical practice standards of the nursing profession. Mdel nurse leader commands professional ethics integrity and portrays trustworthiness. Nrse leaders who embrace integrity have a moral center that guides their daily endeavors. Te moral center assists them in managing stressful moments of their profession when they are vulnerable and insecure. Sch respectful nurse are observant of their beliefs and moral principles.

Sch exemplary nurses have the sense of respect to their patients and workmates. Te moral center assists them in rising past adversities of the nursing profession. Rspectful nurse leaders show the ability to resolve issues with ease without criticism. Tey support and solve workmates family issues with confidentiality. Sch nurses have the potential of risking their profession in circumstances of helping their workmates. Teir living standards command honesty, itegrity, ad respect....
