The customers face the dilemma of using this system as a fair means to all or finding other means.In this situation selling, an ERP-software leads to nice bonus and job retention at the end of the quota for sales person. If the customer does not buy, the sales person loses his/her job. The customer agrees to buy the software you are selling at 900,000 dollars for the stores. While employees in the company goes through the specifications of the software, sales person realizes the software does not meet required performance but company employees do not know. The sales person faces dilemma in telling the truth and lose his or her job at the end of quota or proceed with sale of ineffective software that require upgrading. The sales person faces dilemma in moral values of telling the truth about the ineffective software and losing job if he/she does not sell the software to the client.In this situation, personal company faces a problem in delivery of new services to their most important customer Mega-Mart. The company had developed previous technology to the customer but faced large debts due to borrowing from bank and hiring. The organization is in no status of providing newly required services to Mega-mart. At the same time, Mega-Mart has declared that they have to implement usage of new technology. The company face dilemma in telling Mega-Mart that they cannot deliver services and lose their customer or keep quiet and continue buying time to find the solution on how to keep the customer or find another to borrow money from the bank that will lead to more debts.
