This acronym stands for specific, measureable, achievable, realistic, timely, empowering and reviewable.According to findings, from the interview with dad, one can have good strategies though they meet challenges and hindrances along the way. This may arise as a result of lack of awareness or lack of consideration of some variables. One of the hindrance is existence of a lot of career options. When too many options are available, it becomes hard for someone to choose the best option that will suit them. Other hindrances include, inadequate information, the fear of failing and rejection, from people, that comes when one does not attain the goals they have set, setting goals at the wrong time making it hard to achieve these goals and finally having wrong beliefs coupled with procrastination, hinders one from preparing well for their career.As to conclusion, one has to find relevant information that will give them enough knowledge about the career they want to take in life. One is always encouraged to work hard and give their best in any opportunity that offers an environment for career growth and development. Furthermore, one who is seeking to attain their career should not leave other people out of the loop. Including other people increases the ability to “see” that one person may fail to have.
