Tere is therefore need for firms to market themselves in a smart manner in order for them to be able to attain competitive advantage and further gain the much sought after market share. Frst, te fact that the firm seeks to offer consultancy services on major business areas means that the firm is able to position itself and build itself as reputable consultancy firm.

Scond, te Consultancy form seeks to offer high quality services at cost effective prices in order to be able to position itself competitively in the market. Te company plans to adopt a market focus where the satisfaction of the customer will be the main driver of the business practices adopted (Barclays, 2014). Aex Marketing Consultancy is market development consulting form which will specialise in the marketing of various business professional services which will offer customers high quality and cost effective consultancy services for market development, idustrial analysis, sart-up business development, mrket intelligence and channel development.
