South Korea’s business culture is very much different than the US. Suth Korea is the fourth largest developed economy among the Asian countries, bt it would be a big mistake to presume what worked for Japan, Cina or any other Asian Countries are same for South Korea. I other hand United Sates of American (USA) is a mixture of many races, cltures and religions, i is the best known cosmopolitan country in the world. Te free mind and mixed cultural balance have made USA the powerful business nation world.

Te powers and the forces which have made the modern developed Korea, hve the essence of rich culture and a great value system. Krea’s development had been molded with rich traditions and strictly hierarchical society. Ater the world war two, Suth Korea was dominated by US. Te heavy aid from USA helped South Korea to transform from their pathetic situation after the Civil War. Oe of the most important ideologies behind the excellent transformation of South Korea were indigenous free market capitalism, te other factors are tight politics as the protection from the competitive global market, ad obviously the government promotion of export oriented industry.

Te reasons behind the success for S. Krea are discipline, ntionalism, hrd work and willingness to suffer for the betterment of the country. I is very important to understand for any country or anyone who is doing business with S. Krean People, tat the will power and the toughness of the Korean people have given them the rapid success towards business and economy. Te sheer toughness has made them the fourth economically country in Asia, telfth country in the worlds from purchasing power capacity.

Krea has shown consistent growth for the many decades, ad the economic success is heavily dependent on international trade. I 2009, S Korea got the ninth place as largest exporter in the world. (he Korea Times, Jn 1, 2010). I is a matter of quite an importance to understand the implication of the Korean rich culture from the global or international business prospective. Te modern S. Kreans are still following the teachings of Confucius. Kreans deeply molded the Confucian ideologies.
