thus affecting the other staff. Furthermore, it has also been noticed that most of the working areas are congested, dusty and lack of air conditioners. Thus, in case of someone having tuberculosis, chances of re-infection are very high, and this would adversely affect the output of the workers leading to employee downtime.The management should also be responsible for the working conditions of their workers. This is by liaising with the ministry of health for routine inspections on the working premises. This is in order to advice the management on the areas, which need improvement or else the disease would not be easily contained and more re-infections would occur. This might even lead to the closure of the business. Furthermore, it is a person’s responsibility, regardless of their work place, to keep themselves healthy. This is by making sure that they live a lifestyle that will not compromise their health, and, at the same time, the health of their workmates, in order to avoid further re-infections in the feature.
