The person should show happiness and use polite words when welcoming the customer even before starting to serve the customer. Brand me used in terms of words, music, images or anything else used when serving the customer should be unique as compared to those used by the competitors. Brand me personality incorporate character, dressing, and even communication an individual portrays when interacting with customers or any other person. For the customers to be influenced to buy or visit business premises, one should have a distinct character as compared to that portrayed by the competitors. Brand character refers to the core values in which the individual brand represents. Brand me personality character will offer the customer a framework of reference for judging their user experience. Character will set expectations, which are essential to a great experience. For example, when a customer visits a store expecting to see premium designer products lining the shelves but find a bargain-basement brand. It will create a major disconnect between the customer and the owner because the customer did not found what he/she was expecting in the store. Dressing and display in the business premise will contribute on the brand me personality. Brand me personality is determined by the clothes an individual wears in the business premises.
