I this respect, taining its enterprise architects comes in handy. Loking at the strategic use and of enterprise architecture at Intel, i is evident that enterprise architects at Intel constitute the target group of its training needs.

Te issue at hand is to match the underlying training to the corporate business goals, bth in the short run and in the long run. I is also important to note that these architects work hand in hand with other internal stakeholders in the company. Terefore, oerational coherence cannot be lost in the process of training. I this respect, taining of enterprise architects at Intel need to encompass operation abilities and capacities.

Te idea is to produce architectures that are characterized by uniqueness in the market, poduct creativity, ad innovative enterprise architecture processes. Te ultimate objective of undertaking training in the organizational context is to improve the overall performance of the organization, ad enhance the underlying business operations.
