The teacher will teach the students what percentage of the Houses can make the constitution be amended. Te teacher will let the students know that the constitution is amended when it is ratified by three quarter of the legislatures of several states. Te students will also be taught that constitution can be amended if it is ratified by three quarters of the Conventions, o congress may propose the mode of ratification. Te students should be in position to explain, wat constitution amendment is and at what terms can a be amended (Wiggins & Tighe,1998).

Uderstanding- The teacher will try to ensure that every student understands the Article V of the constitution. Tis will be achieved by the teacher moving at a slow rate, wich will aim at teaching every student in the class including the slow learners. Te teacher will enhance this by repeating his points well and by asking general questions, rndomly. Te general random questions will be asked to the bright, aerage and poor students, wich will help the teacher in accessing how the students have the lesson (Wiggins & Tighe, 1998).

Rlated misconception – The teacher will make sure that the students understand that no state that will be deprived its equal suffrage they have in the state without its consent. Te teacher will also make the students understand that the mode of ratification that the congress proposes can only take place if there is no amendment made prior to the year 1888. Kowledge- Students will understand the constitution amendment. Te students will understand the circumstances under which the constitution will be amended. Te will also understand what percentage of the house is required for the constitution to be amended.

Sudents should know that the constitution is amended when it is ratified by three quarter of the legislatures of several states(Wiggins & Tighe, 1998). Sills -The students will be in a position to communicate what they have learned, were they should be able to express their opinions and ideas. Te students should be able to generate literal, iterpretive, iferential and evaluative questions after understanding the Article V of the United States constitution.
