All employees should be provided affordable childcare for their children by their employers. Some organizations are already doing so, for children below 16 years old. However, some companies are not doing anything of that kind at all. The fact that workers are always not of the same grade, level or position at their workplace, makes even their children attend different level schools. It is not fair for the children of workers of the lower level to be attending low-level schools as those children of the workers of high management level attend better and good schools.
The employer should, therefore, have a system of dealing with this situation. All the children of all workers in a given company should have access to equal education, fully paid or similarly subsidized by the employer. This will only do all the workers a social justice where the resources at the workplace will be distributed to them equally. It is, therefore, logical that all employees in a company have affordable childcare. Through social justice, there shouldn't be some workers who have more access to the company's resources than others.
There should be equitable distribution of such resources as long as it is a resource that should be availed to all the workers. Therefore, if it is a subsidy, it should apply to all workers. On the other hand, if it is fully sponsored, then it should apply the same to all the workers.
