Value of college Education

Most high skilled jobs like accounting, information technology, and criminal justice among others require quality education that enables one to make positive impact in the global market and also to continue to compete among the best in the global job market. Wells Fargo and Bank of America, for example, employ well and capable skilled laborers to work for them. The two banks are one the leading banking institutions that have remained steadfast when other banks are merging, filing for bankruptcy and folding up during bad economic times and recession.

The society needs more competent people who know what it takes to compete in a competitive market like the banking industry. College education is great investment toward establishing or owning a business. Most small scale businesses today require degree in business in order to fully understand what small scale business is all about. American economy is getting back in shape today because small businesses are increasingly being established and they are creating millions of jobs, which has helped the economy and also reduce the rate of unemployment to very good figures.

If the society can take advantage of college education regardless of how to get it, the country and the people will benefit and everyone will live a life of their dreams. I am in college now and also working full time as a liquor manager for Safeway. My goal still remains the same: to one day establish my own business or to work for a very good business establishment. Everyone in the society should be able to set that kind of goal. Attain a college degree and think about what kind of small business to establish in order to help people to get jobs. In conclusion, it is very important for everyone in the society to get college education.

It helps the society to grow now and in the long-run. The biggest advantage of attaining a college degree is getting a good job and helping the society to establish more jobs through establishment of small
