The measure will help in ensuring the sustainability of those health services and in the long run, users will accept them since they will see the relevance in them (HM Government 2010,p1). NHS England (2013) defines person-centered health care as the care base on the needs convenience and choices of individuals and their carers as well as their families. According to a project done by the national health worker project (DH 2013b), the use of technology results in cost-saving and an increase in the level of productivity. For instance, with technology, a number of community staff can spend more time with clients who are in need of additional support and higher levels of interventions. In addition, with technology, patients can get relevant and updated information concerning their health situation and get information on the right treatment.
