Change management and leadership developments are the top priorities of all organization. The major factor that leads to the fall of a number of organizations is the fact that they tend to treat change management and leadership management as different entities. The changes in the culture of an organization rely greatly on the way the leadership systems of an organization run (Goetsch& Davis p, 20, 2014). It is important to note that all the activities of the organization are made to run in a particular way following the rules and responsibilities that have been outlined by its leaders.

It has been noted that the success of a business relies on the ability of the organizations to consider change management and leadership management as a single entity. The best way to ensure to ensure that there are cultural modifications in the work environment has the best leadership qualities to inspire the rest of the crowd and follow you (Goetsch& Davis p53 2014). Managers of various organizations have to overcome the resistance to cultural changes for the most important changes to be done by the organizations.

It has been noted that the managers have to have different behaviors from normal to enable the rest of the workers in the organization to be able to follow the change. It is important to know that leaders are not immune to the pressures that are normally against the alteration of the activities of the organization. However, they can overcome the pressures if they had the most appropriate change management strategies to calm down the employees. The rapidly changing technological world makes various organizations strive to be able to meet the needs of the international markets.
