This project is a redefining project for the Harvey Nichols Company. The project involves the development of an Augmented Reality (AR) project that has the ability to match clothes for clients as well as help them choose from the pool of available clothes in regard to the fashion taste of the organization. The project is sponsored fully by Harvey Nichols Ltd. It will be run in a timeline of four weeks with a budget of $30,000 kept aside for it’ s the installation of the AR application. The project has various deliverables running from the hiring of the programming team to the final installation of the application.

The organizational project manager will be responsible for overseeing the project and is expected to have frequent communication with the programming team for the project to be completed with ease and convenience. With the measures put in place, the project is anticipated to be a success. IntroductionHarvey Nichols is a fashion-oriented store that serves both men and women with fashion accessories inclusive of clothing and related materials, beauty products, wine, and food. The organization which operates from Britain has such a huge affiliation to fashion and is on the frontline of ensuring their customer satisfaction by providing a sense of fashion that meets the requirements of their customers.

The organization finds that that augmented reality is a favorable technology that can help in improving its taste of fashion. Augmented reality (AR) is a type of mobile computing which dwells in real-time animations which map physical things into 3D models. The company, therefore, wishes to develop an AR application that has the ability to match client’ s outfits and replicate the same on their screens even when the clients have not visited the premises.

The company, therefore, opts to undertake the project for the realization of this goal. The project is a business-oriented whose main objective is to improve the organizations taste of fashion.
