The survival needs of the employees in the Coca-Cola Company can be explained as those needs that have a necessary physiological impact on the workers within the corporation. In order for there to be steadiness in the company, the employees must have a capability of obedience in their current position, as well as a authority for expansion within the company (Haslam, et al, 1-24).

Remembering that employees have the aspiration to be pleased within the organisation in which they work, the Coca-Cola Company has diverse programs in place in order to hold up with this procedure. The business offers cultural attentiveness programs and employee councils; these forums are for the employees that share related interest or backgrounds. The individuals within these councils endow with both professional and personal improvement to one another.
