In this case, the hospital management is terminating the staffs of care unit illegally. Moreover, the administration is not proving any reward to the good work of Judie. She is highly competent and has effective skills to manage everything within the care unit. Inadequate employee management in this case raised several ethical issues, such as lack of employee motivation and inadequate workplace performance of the staffs. It can ultimately hamper the performance level of the employees. Judie is a senior manager as she manager her unit quite effectively since last 10 years.

In terms of justice, the management of the organization should ensure that Judie will get her all benefits and rewards within the organization.
In addition to it, the management of the organization should reduce workplace stress for Judie as she has proved her management skill. Moreover, she should be motivated enough to take her responsibility within the workplace. In an addition to it, Judie has the right to find for better job opportunity if she feels job insecurity. It is not justified for an organization if a good performer cannot get her recognition and respect from the organization. Last but not the least; it is also important for the administration to allow Judie to take managerial decisions according to her job role.
