Such approaches are considered as a formative evaluation of the role of the evaluators, in this case, being to guarantee that the objectives outlined are attained over a defined period. The Program-oriented is good since it establishes, classifies and defines the broad objectives or goals in behavioral terms. It finds the situations where the attainment of the objectives is shown through the selection or development of measurement techniques. He approach collects the performance data and compares it with the behaviorally stated goals or objectives. The approach examines the rationale and argument behind the objectives in order. It works on the evaluation of the results to make decisions for standard academic achievement on the conditions that trigger the special cell size decisions.

The MSIP approach is similar to the decision-oriented evaluation approach since it determines the accountability level. The MSIP evaluation outlines the number of students who are accountable in each of the achievement level across the set period. It uses the pooled count to calculate and determine the accountability status as a cumulative measure. The political measurement or rationale vision behind the MSIP process is social efficiency because schools prepare the student to success in college and careers and prepare for a global economy and careers.

The process entails the use of a Scholastic Assessment Test, a standardized test that is designed to assess the academic readiness of the students for careers and college success. The MSIP process measures the skills through grading that will be required for the success in the achievement of ultimate goals in the 21st century. It incorporates student growth among other indicators for the student readiness through their attendance and graduation rates 2014). I agree with the MSIP because it outlines what is expected of the students in terms of meeting their objectives.

Its accountability system design promotes the continuous improvement in the standards of education. The results from its tests guides on the application of appropriate interventions and support based on the need for improvement that the MSIP process accurately determines. The adoption of MSIP Standards will enable the state to offer a comprehensive education system that will support the schools to meet the set expectations. They are good
