Business performance management uses a 360-degree feedback that is a process by which the workers in the company, receive confidential information feedback, from everyone who works within their working environment. The feedback can be from the employee managers or their fellow colleagues. This can be through filling out forms by the employees, with questions that cover their working conditions and competitions broadly. This kind of module is used by employees and the management to know their strengths and weaknesses, to improve their management performance and create a good working atmosphere with their employees.

It is a module also used to rate the employee performance and service delivery in the company. The feedback reports got from the employees filled forms, are combined to give an anonymous feedback data about the company progress in the performance or HR management (Anderson, Billings-Harris 2010). This is a performance appraisal means by which the behavior and competitiveness of the employees are measured by the managers and their employees. Although this kind of evaluation may at times break trust relations, if based on the job requirement evaluation tests.

It does not measure employee job skills or the basic technical skills. The management needs to ask the right questions, to be able to gather the data appropriate to meet the organizational expectations, and competitions. Through this module, the organization can perform a job analysis and description to collect data about the employees working activities and be able to do a human behavior performance to enhance the employees’ strengths and help them solve their weaknesses (Anderson, Billings-Harris 2010). The HR department in the coca cola company also makes a planning strategy, in which they focus on using this module to know the employees needs within their working environment.

The management also plans on how it can hire more employees in future if there is the need to meet the expanding demand of the company with time. To effect the company outcomes or increase profitability, the HR department introduces new technologies in which it gives sufficient training to their employees to familiarize with the new technological changes.
